Revel Cider is a Guelph, Ontario fermentory founded in 2014 by Tariq Ahmed, a Plant Science graduate, Ontario's youngest-ever cidery founder. They producing wild-fermented, unfiltered ciders, natural wines (under the ibi wines label), and vermouths from organically sourced Ontario apples, hybrid grapes, and foraged botanicals, aged
on apple pomace and grape marc for texture and salinity.

Revel Cider is built on the conviction that wild fermentation is the most honest expression of place. Founder Tariq Ahmed allows everything, ciders, wines, and vermouths, to ferment with the indigenous organisms present on the fruit and within the cidery itself, imprinting a vivid sense of time and harvest on every bottle. The team is obsessed with exploring the full spectrum of Ontario's plant life: fruit, leaves, roots, and flowers, not just apples. Every product is wild-fermented, unfined and unfiltered, and with only minimal sulphur additions (as low as 15ppm, and often zero). The lineup is, in Tariq's own words, "complex enough to contemplate, but easy enough to sip" and these beverages are unmistakably Ontarian in character.
