Wines from small producers who work naturally in the vineyard and the cellar
All of the wines we work with are made by people; people who work in the vineyards and the cellars, and work by hand without the use of industrial machinery, farming chemicals, or artificial/chemical additives. We also vet the wines for sulfur use, and ensure that if used, it is in minimal doses for stabilization and not manipulation.
These wines are more expressive of their place and the people who make them, and are simply more dynamic in their aromas and flavor profiles than what is found in industrial wine products.
We genuinely love the wines we carry, and want to share them with the people of Troy.
