Laura David is a boutique winery founded in 2017 by Laura David in Montlouis-sur-Loire, where the fourth-generation winegrower has quickly established herself as one of the Loire Valley's rising talents by combining family tradition with a fresh, terroir-driven approach. The nine-hectare estate is farmed organically, with Chenin Blanc complemented by Côt (Malbec), Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chardonnay growing on the flint-rich clay and tuffeau soils that define the Montlouis-sur-Loire appellation. Winemaking emphasizes hand-harvested fruit, native yeast fermentations, parcel-by-parcel vinification, and aging in the estate's historic tuffeau cellar, allowing each wine to express the purity, minerality, and individuality of its vineyard site.
