Certified Organic. 100% Pinot Noir, drawn from three different sites in Chervey (Les Copies, Val Herard, and Bicheret). Vinified in a mix of steel tank and Burgundy barrels strictly with native yeasts. No SO2, zero dosage. All vintage 2014, aged one year on the lees before tirage. Tirage Oct 2016; disgorgement Nov 2021. The ‘+1’ refers to the additional year of aging that the vin clair received here before secondary fermentation.
