This young 2025 Gamay Noir Blanc is whole cluster pressed into a stainless steel tank, aged one month prior to filtration and bottling. This wine is citrus driven with aromas of pear and ripe guava on the nose. The palate is carried by beautiful bright acidity with notes of pear and lemon zest and a slight jasmine floral note. Certified sustainable fully estate grown fruit. Hand harvested. VEGAN
