Not just any Petit Chablis! Originating from the Hautes-Côtes of Burgundy around Beaune, this AOC wine comes from vines planted on the steep, high slopes of both banks of the Serein River, between 230 and 280 meters in altitude. It boasts a pale golden color, a bouquet of white flowers, citrus, and flint. It is a fresh, dry wine, raised entirely in stainless.

5th generation Lilian Duplessis has gained a reputation for his “immortal”, age‐worthy wines and unparalleled store of older vintages. For those who love the intense minerality and glacially slow development of great Chablis, these are wines of reference. The 10 hectare property is organic Ecocert certified with mainly 50‐year‐old vines. Soils are classic Kimmeridgian with some marne and clay. Lilian makes some of the purest, most terroir-driven wines in the region.
