From clay and limestone soil and a base 2015 harvest, 15 days in cement tanks, then rested in barrique before tirage and bottling. Hand harvested, indigenous yeast, unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfur, and zero dosage.
The current generation is Alessandra Divella, and the domain is just 2 hectares!
