This vermouth is a collaboration between Francesco Dionese, an Italian-born bartender working in NYC, and Valerie Feldman, sommelier and winemaker at Stable Gate Winery in Castleton-on-Hudson, NY. We love using this in a manhattan or negroni!

Stable Gate Winery is run by Valerie Feldman, who has grown up in her family's catering business. She is a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers who studied hospitality in Boston, traveled abroad learning about wine in Tuscany and worked in both Napa + Sonoma, California.
