The vineyard has been a clos since the 12th century, the Béru family replanted vines there in the 80’s. Limestone soils with 35-40 year old vines, organic and biodynamic. Malolactic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and 18 months aging in old oak. Unfined and unfiltered VEGAN and 2mg/L sulfur added at bottling.
