The Pet Nat has an appearance of cherry red color, with notes of fresh red fruits such as cherries, currant and raspberries on the nose. On the palate, plums and blackberries are present. It has a sweet entry and a refreshing finish provided by the fine bubbles.

Bodega Alpamanta is a small, pioneering winery in Ugarteche, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, founded in 2005 by Austrian and Swiss cousins Andrej Razumovsky and André Hoffmann, both from winegrowing families. The name Alpamanta means “love for the land,” which perfectly captures the philosophy behind the project: their 35-hectare vineyard is certified organic and biodynamic, with a focus on regenerative agriculture and creating a healthy, self-sustaining ecosystem. Working at nearly 950 meters above sea level in Mendoza’s dry, sunny climate, Alpamanta uses drip irrigation supplied by snowmelt from the Andes and aims to let the vineyard’s natural character come through in the wines. Today, much of that philosophy is expressed through the work of winemaker Victoria Brond, a Mendoza native whose career has included the Instituto Nacional de Vitivinicultura, Chandon, Bodega del Fin del Mundo, and Nieto Senetiner before she turned toward biodynamic winemaking. At Alpamanta, Brond has become an important voice for increased sustainability, as well as the promotion of women in the Argentine wine industry.
