Morel used his Chardonnay Les Trouillots 2020, refermented with the pomace of various PiWi varieties harvested in 2021. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in stainless steel tanks for roughly eight months. Aged in 228L barrels. VEGAN, NO ADDED SULFUR. Bottled in September 2022.
