ABCERT organic certified farming. Fermentation on skins and stems until 1/3 done, then finished in autoclave pressure tank to keep the CO2 in. Fourteen days in total. VEGAN, NO ADDED SULFUR. 

Forget about soil or fancy barrels, just have some floral fizzy fun! This wine is all about crunch and good energy. Hence a very early pick, whole bunches, a bit of fizz and a load of crisp freshness and low ABV. The 2024 vintage was impacted by spring frosts right from the start, resulting in a smaller yield and an occasional uneven ripening. During flowering, there was a period of rain followed by a long period of drought and extreme temperatures. This contributed to an unusually early harvest, beginning mid-August. Nestarec managed to get grapes with relatively low potential alcohol but good extract. The wines are delicate, but well-structured.

The label with the knock-off Donald Duck is an image of a found artwork item from the communist period in Czech Republic. From 1948 to 1989, homemade art was common with waste materials like crown caps, branches or wire. Many people made items like this to decorate their homes.
