Love Joy is a sparkling white wine, produced using the ancestral method. It comes from young Montserre vines planted in the commune of Chichée, at an altitude of 400 meters, on a very small plot of 50 ares, certified organic and biodynamic. 18 months on lees. No disgorging. NO ADDED SULFUR, VEGAN

A nose rich with aromas of pear, apple, and lemon, underpinned by a mineral structure. On the palate, there is a perfect balance between freshness and body, with a long, aromatic finish.
