Marine’s first solo wine! From a single vineyard called ‘La Rochelle’ in the Moulin-a-Vent cru. 50 years old wines. Organic grapes on pink granite soil. After a manual harvest the grapes go for a carbonic maceration vinification in whole bunch, spontaneous fermentations in native yeasts. Aged in foudres 9 months. <10g/l SO2 added before bottling. VEGAN.

After working for a short stint as a motorcycle mechanic, Pierre spent two years in the Loire Valley before returning to his family's domaine. His partner Marine Bonnet brought some of her family vineyards in Moulin-à-Vent into the fold. She is an agronomist with a specialty in Viticulture and her expertise has helped Pierre refine his wines even more.
