60 year old vines planted on black granite gabbro soils. Indigenous yeast. Fermented and aged in underground glass tanks. Vegan-friendly filtration, some sulfur added. Production 10600 bottles. VEGAN 

Soils organically farmed for 40 years. Grape quality is imperative, which is why harvest occurs exclusively by hand, and grapes are pressed whole without any mechanical action to avoid oxidation and reduce sulfur use. The lees remain after pressing for long maturing. All wines are made with 100% indigenous yeast to keep the authenticity of the wine!
