The husband-and-wife team of Weiser-Künstler farm just over four hectares in the colder (higher acid) and oft-overlooked sector of the Mosel around the villages of Traben and Enkirch. All the farming is certified organic and nearly all of the vineyards are trained on the single-post-to-vine system, as is traditional.
Steffensberg is a prime parcel of 50+ year old vines in Enkirch on solid grey slate.
