Single vineyard of 1.2 hectares, secluded and completely surrounded by forest. Biodynamic farming on fertile soils from marine deposits, stones silt and clay. Spontaneous fermentation, 14 day maceration. Stainless steel for 10 months and 4 years in bottle. Unfined unfiltered VEGAN, NO ADDED SULFUR.
Characterized by a very intense purple pigmentation, with delicate purple reflections. This fruit-forward pure Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of dark berries, a touch of peppery spice and hints of peppermint. The palate is laced with flavors of wild blackberry, mint and hay. Full and warm on the palate, with high acidity and a low alcohol value. Persistent and balanced, a wine with great longevity. It elegantly matches all dishes with strong and intense flavors; duck, wild boar, grilled meats and hard cheeses.
