The tautly structured yet light and floral Brachetto combines with the warmth and depth of fortified and aged Primitivo to provide an unparalleled level of complexity from the start. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThese two components were blended and then fortified up to 18% abv with a dizzying array of high-proof brandy based botanical tinctures, 17 in total, including orange peel, wormwood, gentian, angelica, cinchona bark, rosemary and vanilla. Residual sugar was increased with organic cane sugar for style and balance. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eUnfined and unfiltered. Minimal effective sulfites were added to base still wine prior to vermouth production.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBitter. Botanical. Basically always invited. This red vermouth leans bold.
