"Wild Fermented Sparkling Apple Cherry Wine. Northern Spy and Golden Russet cider co-fermented with Rose Hill Farm grown sweet and sour cherries. Aged in neutral French oak barrels. Raw, unfined and unfiltered. Cryo-conditioned. Serve at 45-55 degrees in a wine glass. Alcohol 7.40%"
