Our friend Jason, rarely seen without his token bucket hat, spent weeks foraging wild apples in the forests near Dryden, NY. We crafted Bucket Hat with the minimalist of intervention. After one day of maceration, the wild apples of all shapes, sizes and flavors were pressed. The juice was left to wild ferment before we bottled it Pétillant Naturel. Bucket Hat is a balanced cider, rich in tannins, acid and bright apple flavors. Enjoy slightly chilled. Zero/zero.
