Our first wine! Come Here My Love is made solely from Finger Lakes Chardonnay, from the vineyard that was planted from cuttings of a block that Matt's (Kim's partner) dad was pressing on the day Matt was born 40+ years ago. Fermented in stainless and bottle conditioned in the Methode Traditionelle. Delightful mouthfeel and lingering sweetness of pear and grapefruit, complimented by a racy acidity. Disgorged by hand.
