Marnes Blanches - Cremant du Jura Réserve NV
Soil: Red and brown marl with a limestone topsoil, from ‘Les Molates’ vineyard, Sainte Agnès.
Vinification: Direct press before fermentation and aged over the winter in old oak. In April it was put into bottle for a second fermentation, and then aged on the lees for 18 months before disgorgement. Zero dosage.
