Omnia is the Latin word for ‘everything’ and these are unique blends, made differently each vintage. 2022 is a combination of Émilie’s E.T. ’21 (Merlot, Trepat, Macabeu, Parellada and Tempranillo, known locally as Ull de Llebre) and separately vinified Tempranillo and Parellada. The three wines were aged in barrels before being blended together. The result is a fresh, crisp wine – a very light red or a dark rosé. Ethereal and with Mediterranean flavors of rosemary and thyme, plus a lovely lightness with rose hip and soft cherry notes. The labels are designed by Émilie’s brother, artist Frédéric Mutombo. VEGAN, NO ADDED SULFUR\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eÉmilie Mutombo makes wine in Bonastre, part of Baix Penedès in Catalonia. Intrigued by the wave of natural wine across Brussels where she was born and raised, she decided to gain experience at wineries in South Africa and France, before a chance meeting with Partida Creus at a wine fair in the Loire led her to Spain. After tasting the Partida Creus wines and meeting\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMassimo Marchiori and Antonella Gerosa, Émilie began working at their winery, becoming involved in every aspect of the project and forming a lasting friendship. In 2020, Émilie found her own spot and started making small yields from two hectares of Paradella, Sumoll and Xarel·lo, along with grapes purchased from a few local producers. Two years ago she planted some Monastrell and Grenache, which will start to produce fruit in the coming years. For now, the production ranges between 5000-8000l, with the lack of rainfall having a considerable impact on the quantity of grapes at harvest time.
