Hand harvested from the organically farmed Steelhead Run Vineyard in Applegate Valley AVA. This is a cool, high-elevation site planted in 1993. Co-fermented on the skins for 7 days with daily punchdowns before being pressed off and moved to stainless steel to finish fermentation. Matured in neutral oak barrels. Bottled unfined, unfiltered. 118 cases produced.
